All vouchers taken with new contract deals are now out of stock.I was promised before Christmas EE? Now you say January.
After using this as a bribe to get me to sign up again you are breaking your own contract with me. Absolute scam. Adverts clearly state in time for Christmas. Kids Christmas ruined! Thanks for nothing!

12th Nov. Promised by staff in store I would receive the voucher within 14 days and definitely before Christmas.

The promotion that you took ran from 28 October - 24 November. On this one, the text message is sent to the lead number on your account 15-30 days after you receive the phone (usually close to the 15th day).
When people are talking about 06 January, they're talking about a new promotion that runs between 25 November - 08 December where all eligible customers will be sent a message on 06 January. This is a different offer to yours.
I have spoken to the team who are leading this project who confirmed that directly with me. We've identified where the confusion is coming from our side and put something in place to get the information made clearer for our Customer Care teams.
If you have any problems with receiving the text message outside of these timescales, I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team again.
