Wrong number

Hi I cannot receive calls from other ee users. They have a message saying wrong number dialed but I have not changed my number only changed phone all other networks are ok

Are these callers, dialling your number directly, or from their contacts list?

When you changed your phone, did you continue using your existing SIM or swap to a new one?

Have you tried calling your mobile from another phone, what happens?
