Voicemail Notification won't go away (Samsung Galaxy S10)

Hi, I've got a persistent notification telling me a have a new voicemail, yet I don't have any new voicemails.

The notification won't go away amd I can't turn it off in my phone settings. 

Please help as it's really annoying

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Could you try calling your number from another phone and leaving a new voicemail. Once you listen to the message and delete it, the notification should be removed.
