Various Apps not working after joining EE

Since joining EE various apps are now not working?

Which apps specifically?

You may need to turn off the content filter that is on by default to access adult content and apps while on mobile data

@Shaun589  if these are social media apps that you need to have content removed and in order to do this you need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to prove you’re over 18, or you need to go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.
