I ordered a new s26 ultra from EE with new contract. The order number now didn't exist and can't talk to anyone about it. Tried to reorder but couldn't because they say the phone i am upgrading isn't v available to upgrade because of the previous order.
The AI chat doesn't cover this and have me been charged £70 , fur a month on sim only contract. Every should I do? Go to Vodaphone ?

You mention having ordered the new phone as a new contract, but then that you upgraded. Can you clarify which it was?
CS are open until 8pm on weekends I believe, you should be able to speak to an agent tomorrow from 8am.
