Hello
I am traveling out of the UK to India. Roaming is not a part of the plan. Few questions -
1. I forgot to turn off voicemail before leaving the UK, how can I do it now?
2. On the call from anywhere plan, does it include calls both to and from the UK?
3. Can I add Roam abroad as a smart benefit to my current EE plan? How do I do it, as I cannot contact 150? Is there any email ID I can get in touch with an EE professional on?
Thank you!

Hey there,
You can switch the voicemail off from India. Assuming you have switched the phone and hooked up to an Indian network, you can either text VM OFF to 150 or alternatively type ##002# into your phone as a phone number and then dial it (its basically the command to switch all your call diverts off)
If you're wanting to add add-ons to your EE account, you can do these either via the EE app (assume your phone is hooked up to wifi) or via the My EE on your laptop.

Hi @shreya22
Yes, the call from anywhere plan includes making calls back to the UK and receiving calls while abroad.
