Hello @alexsampler

Are you in the UK or abroad?

All new EE PAYG SIMs need to be activated on EE's UK network first, and this includes migrations from pay-monthly.

If you are currently abroad, your "new" PAYG SIM will not work until it is used in the UK first.

Hi @bristolian

I'm not in the UK, I'm in Italy and i can't go back to the UK at the moment.

What can i do for it? There's any way to unlock this?

Unfortunately there is no workaround here.

Your SIM will need to be used in the UK first, before it will work abroad.

If a friend or relative has access to your UK address, you could report your current SIM lost/stolen which would enable a replacement to be sent there. Your contact could then activate it in the UK before posting it back to you.

You should also be aware of the PAYG hibernation policy - you will need to use this SIM within 179 days of the migration else it will be hibernated.
