Rubbish signal after being transferred from BT Mobile

When I renewed my BT Broadband contract in March I was told that BT Mobile was being transferred to ee, They arranged to transfer my number over and I am now an ee Mobile customer, albeit an unhappy one at present!

My issue now is that despite never ever having an issue with the BT signal I'm now getting only one bar showing on my phone.

I've raised a complaint but frankly got nowhere, a friend said to look up the Signal Strength in Sim card status which I've done.

According to what I've read online the reading is rubbish, -114 dBm 26 asu.

Has anyone got any ideas?

TIA

Hi @Slegmond

I am sorry to hear this, have you now left EE?

Have you spoken to our mobile care team to get the signal looked into?

Leanne.

I am glad I am not alone with problems similar to yours!

Hi @Dan370

What service issues are you experiencing with the device?

Does this happen in more than one area?

Leanne.

Exactly the same problem here. But when I checked the network status in my area, EE is upgrading, so some problems may be experienced. I’ll wait and see if it’s going to improve when they are done 😉
