Roaming for 4 months and one week

Hi, I'm taking my UK phone to NZ for 4months plus one week. I will be a permanent resident in the UK before and after the trip.

I'm not clear on the EE wording for time limits on using Roam Further/Roam Abroad.

How long can I use it for?

Also, will it just stop working and put me onto high rate texts if I've exceeded the time limit?

If so, where can I see/check these rates?

I'd love any ideas on how I can best cover my texts and calls for this trip?

@clarem1  You can use your allowance with that add on for 2 months out of any 4 month period after this it can revert to full international costs but if you keep it to light usage you should be ok.
