Roaming Problem

Hi,

My daughter’s phone has a roaming pass set up but now that we are abroad she has no access to any mobile services if not on Wi-Fi. Should we have set something up on the phone prior to this?

The roaming pass is just a billing add-on. Did your daughter also enable international roaming before leaving the UK? This is what allows her phone to connect to foreign networks, and is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 within the UK.

If this hasn't been done, the account holder will now need to request this is activated via CS on 150 or 0800 0798586
