Re: Roaming charges

Hi! I am currently in Sweden right now thinking about to get the roaming pass. I have already spent £4 (2days x£2). If I activate the abroad pass now and turn it off when I get back to UK next week will I only be billed for the days I have used it? or is it for the full 30 days?

Hello @cberrie

If you activate the Roaming Pass for £10 you will be charged the full amount.

Katie 🙂

Thanks for the quick reply! If I activate it today will EE stop charging me for the daily rate of 2 GBP starting tomorrow? Do I need to do anything to make EE stop charging me for the daily rate and instead use the roaming pass?

Hi @cberrie

Once you have an add-on in place which allows you to use your phone you will not be charged the standard rate of £2 per day.

I hope this helps,

Katie 🙂

but only initially. When you stop it you will be rebated for the days you didn't have it but paid for in advance. So, as @chistery said, you only pay for the days you have it
