I am in the USA & have purchased a “roam like home bundle” before starting from the customer team but I have no signal and stuck here
Before leaving the U.K. I asked the EE agent & he said Roaming was activated.
I cannot make phone calls - send or receive texts or data. My phone is useless unless on Wi Fi
I have no other phone here to phone up the help number. No text messages can be sent at all. So it is impossible to contact EE.
Request to address this issue as soon as possible

If your phone can't connect to a local network in the USA, then it's likely your roaming facility isn't enabled.
If you login to your myEE conline account, navigate to "Parental & Data Controls", check the following two options are enabled:
1: International roaming
2: Call abroad & Premium rate
If you can't enable these, you will need to contact EE C/S to rectify. Try using a web-calling app such as Skype, and call +44 800 0798586

I have logged in to my EE online account went to "Parental & Data Controls", and can notice Enable roaming and make abroad calls options are currently blocked and it doesn't allow me to change them
I can't make any calls request for urgent assistance as I have no other or medium to contact EE from USA

Are you able to call from another phone or using a web-calling app like @bristolian suggested, @bhairav4uk?
