Have tried everything that’s been suggested and been on EE messenger and they haven’t been able to help.

@Karltop  On your iPhone with your SIM card in it open Settings>Mobile Data>Mobile Data Options and toggle on DATA ROAMING.  Then restart the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Done this several times, but to no avail.
