No network since arriving in the US

Hi since arriving in New York I have been unable to connect to a mobile network. Before leaving I set up roaming on 3 mobiles, all say roaming is active but none of them connect. I have tried manually connecting to a different network and have rebooted phone several times but nothing seems to work. I have no way of contacting EE to see what is going on

How did you set up roaming and where does it show that it's activated? Is it in your My EE account?

Thanks. I set up roaming by texting roaming pass to 150 to which I had a reply confirming it was set up.
I can see that it’s active on my account through the app for each of the mobiles I requested it for but still no network coverage

Thanks for coming back to us.
This would have activated the roaming pass to use the allowance abroad, however, to activate roaming on the account this would need a separate text 'ROAMING' to 150, was this sent from each phone?
