Is there any compensation offered to monthly contract subscription for the fact I was left without data and mobile signal for over 8 hours today and my mobile is my main form of contact with anyone and I do not have access to any WiFi, being it at work or home. This was a severe disadvantage in my work and home life. I pay for unlimited calls texts and data and did not receive this service, working within the security industry this was unacceptable.
