Why can’t EE send an SMS to everyone when there network is down or having issue. like today (22/06/22)
I couldn’t make my mind up if it was my phone faulty a problem with my billing or as if turned out EE at fault

@Cityscot Because not everyone has the issue so who do they inform. And how many notifications have to be sent out. It’s not localised to one specific area.

You can register for proactive notifications of known issues in your locality, using the "my places" feature on the coverage & status checker

Tried that,but that service also hasn't been working since about 1pm and still not working and it's now 9.55pm

I've just been using the status checker and it's fine here.
In what way is it not working? What happens when you try to use it?
