Missed call alerts

Is there any way to get missed call alerts working with visual voicemail? They work with normal voicemail but not with visual VM. I presume this is because the alert is generated from VM itself. I have toggled it on and off in the VM settings but it doesn’t work.

 

Any suggestions?

What happens when you miss a call, do you not get a notification?

 

What phone are you using?

No not if I use visual voicemail but it works with normal voicemail.

 

I am using an iPhone 13 pro.

Hi @Dryroasted

 

Try resetting your network settings:

 

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow the prompts.

 

If you still aren't getting notifications, it may be worth speaking to our Technical Support team so they can look into this for you.
