I need to contact customer services but cannot dial out at the moment.

I am based in Spain and when I call the EE contact number or any UK number it says please contact customer services. I have tried chat but that isn't working either. I need to understand why my phone isn't working now for UK calls. It was working perfectly before. I pay monthly

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Can you try manually connecting to another network?
