I can ot use my phone

I paid £25 to use my phones plan in usa 30 gb plus unlimited text and calls. Said after 3 days I had nothing left and asked for more money. I payed more  ot even 4 hours later it was gone again. I can't contact EE as no calls can go through even tho I should have unlimited.  I cannot email the . So I can only use WiFi. Cannot reach anyone at EE.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
