I have stopped receiving GoPro 2FA codes on my EE phone, I last received them in January 2024 without any problem, have EE changed anything since then? Can EE change settings so that GoPro 2FA codes are not being blocked?

Yes doesn’t appear to be a problem with other texts or 2FA codes being received.

Hi @prkbeaumont,
If you're receiving other texts as normal, please report the issue to GoPro support.
Thanks
James

Thank you James, I've reported to GoPro but I see from other posts a discussion that EE may be blocking text messages from GoPro thinking that they are spam as they are listed from 'Notice'. Is this correct? I'm stuck in an infinite loop with EE and GoPro suggesting everything is ok on their side.

Hi @prkbeaumont,
Yes, that could be correct. If the header of the message includes a keyword that is blocked by our SPAM filter at a network level, this would need to be updated by the sender.

Thank you James, looks like my infinite loop continues and will need to get new SIM to continue with two factor authorisation.

You may need to convince GoPro that network changes are needed at their end. Doing that may be a lot easier said than done, though.
Unfortunately this can be the side effect when anti-spam measures are introduced by one operator! False positives are always likely to be an issue sooner or later, and it can "take two to tango" as it were.
