I can receive all types of texts but not OTPs while abroad - it’s highly frustrating as I can’t access bank accounts, work security to work!, use amazon prime or Netflix on a personal side.
I’ve contacted the tech team and waiting for a reply but some people in EE don’t seem to understand it’s critical in this day and age and Key to banking, business and personal verifications. You can’t leave people like this

When you're abroad you are roaming and are not on EE network.
Are you using a VPN?
If you have an iPhone try turning off iMessage and restarting.

Thanks yes we are on Aritel when roaming- but frankly my partner is with o2 and receiving OTPs…I’ve checked multiple forums and it looks like an EE issue. If we can’t find a solution I’m going to have to take business elsewhere. I’ve checked all my iPhone settings and spoken to another here on an iPhone with O2 and they don’t have the same issue
