After two weeks of barley any service and a terrible wifi connection I contacted EE to be told there was a mast down in our area and it would be sorted within a couple days, I then received a phone call about what problems I was getting and then got told it would be sorted within a week not a couple of days and I would revive a call back in a week. Two weeks on still the same terrible connection with no word back on when this is going to be sorted, pretty poor how long it has taking to get it sorted for the money you pay each month for a contract.

Sorry to hear that you have some problems with the service in your area. What is the latest on the network status checker?

I done that before aswell and it would tell me great service and still does but the signal is still not working

Sounds like you've clicked "check coverage" for a service prediction, rather than "check status" for faults & issues.
