PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

I find it unbelievable that in order to resolve an issue there is no e-mail that can be found anywhere in this website.

Also the telephone line is non existent - i:e: with queues ranging in the one hour wait? Are you serious?

But hey this BT, I found out after purchasing this pay as you go SIM.

I remember when they were caught ripping off the UK with their per minute charge rates back in the mid 90s people left in droves and then when you rang up to terminate the contract they transferred you over to a dpt. that was using any means of persuasion to make you stay while you were paying for the call!!

I bought this mobile wifi card from EE not realising it is the good old BT. Yuuk! And I see things never change really.

These days thanks to microsoft's example, not only are they not available to solve problems on their own products, but they are having the customers problem solving their issues in chats like this one. How gullible we all are!

I get this error code at times.

PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

I am not counting on EE doing anything about, all this website seems to be geared up to flogging products onto customers and any help seems to be provided by the customers themselves while EE sits happily behind a desk just raking in money.

Thank you in advance for any help

Hi @snowlike_777

Have you tried searching Google as it seems to be connected to AV or VPN. There are thousands of hits for this error with fix solutions.

This doesn't seem to be network connected.

Thanks

Hi @snowlike_777

Welcome to the community. Hopefully with time using our services you'll have a higher opinion of EE.

Does this just happen when using a specific browser? Are you using a VPN? When does this error message come up?

We'll do our best to help you.

Chris

Dear Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I appreciate that, but do not
pass onto me politically correct statements such as "I hope that by
using our services you will improve your opinion of EE..."

Fact is that the reason why you have read this message on the community
board is precisely because there is "no service".

Fact is that EE product is not working and there is no one that is
fixing it.

So please do not try to pull a veil over anyone's eyes by trying to be
polite.

That is not cutting it. And the reason why it is not cutting it is
because there is no solution. Just chit chat.

But again thank you for at least conjuring up the will to answer.

Best regards

In what way is your EE mobile data service not working? I don't see any evidence of that in this thread so far.

You've posted reporting an error message that I agree is generally browser-related and could occur equally on any connection.

Do you get the same problem when using another browser?
