I need some help.. i work on a ship and i am currently based outside of EE cell service.. i enabled a add on a couple weeks back and forgot to turn it off when i was finished.. it is one of the add ons you need to call to get removed..
My question is.. is there an email i can contact? i find it very unhelpful that there isnt a web service where i can get help when outside the UK.
I am also struggling with Wifi calling.. i have tried VPN's ports on our firewall etc.. nothing seems to work..
Any help is much appreciated!

EE offers no email contact for CS, but you should be able to remove most add-ons via the myEE app or text message - what is the specific add-on you're looking to remove?
What's the specific issue you're having with WiFi-calling? Your post could imply that you're trying to use the service outside the UK, which is not supported. It can sometimes work, but its purpose is a coverage enhancement within the UK, not a means to avoid roaming call charges abroad.
