Hi. So I’m currently paying for a sim only contract through EE which has worked perfectly fine in my previous phone. I bought a new phone directly through apple. (iPhone 15 pro). Put my sim in and have no service. I’ve tried resetting the network settings, restarting my phone, removing the sim cleaning it and still nothing. I can’t even call EE as no service.

Welcome to the community.
Have you tried manually connecting to the EE network? What happens when you try?
Tap Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection > Turn 'Automatic' OFF.

Does the SIM still work in your old phone?

Tried this and still nothing, but thank you

It was before I tried switching it over. But it no longer is, I have a feeling I’ve damaged my sim in the process as it’s now not working in any device

Ah, no. Do you live near an EE Store, @Brandonromeril9? They'll be able to replace the SIM in-store for you, if you take in some photo ID.

I do indeed, will they be able to transfer my number over? Even tho the old sim can’t be used so it won’t be able to receive a confirmation text

The purpose of a replacement SIM is that it replaces an existing one - with your number transferred across.
This would not happen if you purchased or obtained a new SIM.
