No indoor coverage

Hi 

There is no indoor coverage in AL7 4HQ since yesterday

@hootan98   Can you not use WiFi calling?  Is the signal ok outside? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Signal is ok outdoor but no signal indoor. Previously there was a network problem reporting section on EE website so we could report it directly to EE but no more that option in website.

I have no idea how to report it to EE.

Hi @hootan98 

You can check for any problems that have been reported in the area on the Service Status Checker. If nothing is showing you can report the problems you are having and the network team will get this looked into and keep you updated via text or email.
