No Phone Signal

Hi there,

 

I have had no phone signal with EE for 4 x days. Can you please explain if this is a fault at your end or how I go about fixing it at my side?

@Lozzie09  Have a look at THIS and put your postcode on it with device type and then click the check status tab at the bottom.  You’ll see if there’s an issue in your area. If there is there is nothing you can do as it is a network issue that needs to be resolved.
