I've checked as you advised, it says good coverage, but myself and my neighbours are not receiving a phone signal.

Did you click the 'check status' button, @Geordienick01?

It will tell you if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area. It also gives you the option to report a problem so that our network team can investigate it.
