Inclusive Extra

Hi,

I recently moved into pay as you go sim and was paying £81 on a contract and now £37 when I called to swap this over I was told in my inclusive extra I will still get Apple Music and roaming included but now all I have is Netflix’s and something else. Please tell me why I have paid an extra god knows what on a sim only to have Apple Music and roaming to not be able to use it anymore. EE I’ve been a customer for god knows how long and being told I get something included and not get it feels a bit weird please can you tell me if this was miss communication from your sales team or they just didn’t get my plan right because if this is the case then I’m gonna have to look at something else. I need this sorted as this isn’t what I wanted to wake up to as I was wanting to listen to my music I had pre saved for over 3 years including listening to my nan and grandads favourite song from when I was a child but can’t do that unless I pay £10.99 for it. This needs to be sorted because it feels like I’ve been mugged off for my money on a phone plan and been lied too. Please get this sorted ASAP as I’m not very happy from this and if it is the case that someone got it wrong then don’t hide the face someone’s made a mistake. I want this sorted EE.

Hi @X_gracierclark_

Welcome to the community.

My best advice would be to speak with our customer support team. They'll be able to check which plan you've been moved to, and what it includes. They'll be able to check what was discussed at the point of upgrade too, to make sure you have what you're supposed to have.

Please give that a try and come back to let us know how it goes.

Chris
