Ho mobi sos phone

I need help on my ho mobile sos phone I'm on ee payg but keep getting red speech box over the speaker (why) then phone rings only when it wants to tried other phones to ring but bounces straight onto voice message.

Yeah but can't receive callsSent from Samsung Mobile on O2
