Since last10 days my data is constantly interrupted connection affecting streaming and WhatsApp calls - worse when indoors - map shows coverage full but actually no coverage at all- only one signal shows
I am on contract for 2 years and cant change the contract - otherwise i would have been left this worse provider
when called customer care about the issue- the early termination fee for 2 year contract is 600+ pounds !!!
please kindly rectify the network issue

Could you check the status of the network in your area, if you enter your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'?
This will show you if we have any problems reported in the area.
