Hi,
Since this morning I’ve been unable to call out, it instantly says “call ended”. I’ve tried restarting my phone, removing the SIM card, switching between WiFi calling on/off and manually selecting a network yet this still hasn’t fixed the issue.
The live chat and text support seems to have disappeared from the app leaving the only option to call or post in the community. As I’m unable to even call EE this is my last resort.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
