Cancelled contract ?

I just take a new sim contract with a phone and today i see my contract has been cancelled without any giv me a call or tell me that i just login on ee app and see that message ? Anyone have idea why that can be not been even 10 days from date when i place the order.

There is no account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
