Can’t make calls

Hello! I can’t make outgoing calls for some reason. And incoming calls are getting dropped. Tried switching to WiFib calls but that’s not fixed the problem. How do I contact EE to resolve this? (Think they are doing work on local network). Thanks

Does your phone show coverage indicators?

If no - check for local issues using "check status" on online coverage tool 

If yes - what happens when you try making a call?

I can see couple of EE bars, and have set up Wi-Fi calls. But when I call out, the phone I’m calling doesn’t ring. It’s like I’m not connecting. What’s going on?! I know EE have been working on network (in Poole, Dorset). Think I need to check it out with EE, but how?  Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Does this happen on all calls? 

If you call 150 does the call connect?

Yes, calling 150, call fails. Also for incoming calls, my phone rings but when I answer, the call cuts out. Can you help?

Btw checked online coverage tool, and it says no problems.

Are you able to try the SIM Card in another phone to see if the same happens?

I can make calls using my i watch. Why is my phone not working? Who can I contact to get this fixed? Thanks x
