Can’t get 5g/4g at my work

Hello!! So I’ve changed jobs and with my new office premises, I can’t get 4g or 5g. It seems to be specifically with EE as my colleagues are with other networks and have no issues. Is there any options for me to buy routers from other companies to access data or can I get out of my contract earlier because of this? I need internet access for my daughter’s childcare. Thank you

Hi @Abmua15,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your connection while at work. Have you tried WiFi Calling, as @bristolian has suggested?

Otherwise, it's worth speaking with our team who will be able to discuss this further with you.

Lack of indoor coverage in a specific location is not, of itself, a basis for early-release from a minimum-term contract. WiFi-calling is offered as a mitigation to allow full use of your phone for calls & texts, anywhere that you have a WiFi-connection which I would presume is the case in your workplace.

Each of the 4 networks has varying coverage and good/poor coverage areas for each operator are rarely in the same place.
