Can EE Block VPN Connections?

My VPN provider, PIA VPN, says that EE is blocking my OpenVPN connection. WireGuard works fine.

@Jesus_H_Christ  EE do not stop you from using a VPN or block VPNs.   EE can not help you resolve this because of the above.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
