I have a number of listed data uses to eeuk6050. As my data roaming is turned off I don't understand

Turning off data roaming will only stop your phone using data abroad. If you'd like to turn off mobile data, swipe down on your home screen to access your quick settings and tap the mobile data icon.

Are you being charged for it? You get some free data as well with PAYG packs and if any app is running it may use a bit of that data & for some reason it is reported in mins in the usage report. It should have a cost of £0.00 against it.
