I have added an additional data sim only plan to my account but the extra 1GB for having the additional plan has not been added to my account? I have contacted EE but he could not find a way to add it and suggested that it may be because it's a data SIM. There is nothing on the website to suggest that data SIMs don't qualify. Can anyone advise? Thanks

@Ant3011 There is nothing on HERE to say that they do qualify for it. EE don’t advertise what’s not included it’s only what’s included. A sim only plan is a call/text/data tariff. You could try and argue that it’s still a sim only plan.
How long have you had this ? Have you been billed for this new tariff yet ?

Thanks Chris. I've had the extra line three weeks and the data has refreshed today. The guy I spoke to wasn't very helpful so I may try again tomorrow.
