US Roaming Issues

Hi everyone I hope you can help! I recently bought a roam abroad package for a month to use my iPhone data abroad - I’ve had roaming on my account and phone enabled for ages (I recently travelled across Europe with no problems).

I’ve landed in the US and on the My EE app roaming has now been set as ‘off/blocked’ on my account. Every time I try to turn it on, it says “error please contact 150”. I’m stuck in the US now with no phone data (my phone only says “SOS”), so I can’t even call EE or text to get support to turn this on.

Is there a way to contact EE to get this sorted without calling? I need access to my phone for safety (I cannot call my colleagues if I get lost, or use a map to find my way back) and I’m still paying for a data package. The EE Twitter account haven’t replied all day so I’m at a loss of what to do.

Any help appreciated!

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
