I have upgraded from an iphone 11 to an iphone 14 and i have put the sim from my 11 into the 14 but its not getting any service. How do i get service on my new phone?

@Harryf55 You only need to put the sim in the device, You have put it in the correct way round?
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
