So, I cganged to EE for the good mobile data package as my home wifi is unreliable...only to realise I cannot pick up any mobile data (and have limited reception) at my home address, both indoors and out in the garden. It works fine everywhere else.
I've used the coverage checker which informs me that coverage should be excellent here and I have no issues with other networks. Stumped as to what to do!

Mobile data is as dependent on reliable coverage as voice calls, so if your indicated service is limited, that will affect data & voice.
How long have you had this problem for? It sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option on the checker website, what does "check status" report?
Do other EE users have the same problem in your home? This certainly sounds like a localised issue.
