I renewed my pack yesterday was on mobile data today but now it's saying network Disconnected

I bought a SIM free mobile phone last week and have had no issues with the SIM I made calls today and used mobile data today so don't understand why now not working

EE are having some issues today with their network and are trying to fix it, so it could also be that and may start working again later.
