We have lost all gifted data on the 5 numbers we have. Data was gifted to each phone from the primary number and after the rigmarole of logging in noticed that all phones apart from the primary had lost all gifted data. The missing data did not revert back to the original gifting number. I also noticed that where our phones based in Hatfield, Herts often exceeded 100mbp/s we are lucky to get 20mbp/s download and upload speed has more than halved. Anyone else seen this?

@Andya18 From each device text BALANCE to 150. The app might not be showing correctly but texting that will confirm what each device actually has.

The app and myEE do seem to be very buggy after the updates....
