I can't do anything, because I don't have internet data on my phone. Just help please how I can purchase the data!!!

You don't need to have any data to go the EE add-on site. It is entirely within EE's own network w/out needing to go out on the Net, where you need data to get to. That's its whole point; to be able to replenish your data when you've run out of it.
