I cant get on any bingo sites at all

Ive tried i always played tombola on this phone ive tried everything, any help please.

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID

@emzy6188 : Gambling implies Adult! EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to visit Content unlock or call CS with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

I am on pay monthly contract ive been using it for over a yr on this phone no problem all of a sudden on this very same phone it has now stopped.

Ive done that turned it off, still wont allow me in there

Thanks for coming back to us, @emzy6188.

Could you try accessing the Tombola website in a browser to see if you can get onto it that way?

Could you also try fully restarting your phone and then opening the app again, a full restart forces your network settings to refresh, which can help if Content Lock has only just been changed.
