My iPhone 11 is not able to receive data despite full 4g signal showing. This only happens on my home mast and it’s fine once I leave the area - and it doesn’t happen on my husband’s iPhone 8. It’s been going on for about a month and I’ve reported it twice and been told there’s no problem via status checker. I’ve done a full reset on my phone, a network reset, a restart and no change. I’m in mid Wales. Any suggestions?

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check your account from our side and check the performance of the network in your area too.

If this is only happening with one phone, it may not necessarily be a network fault.
Try a SIM-swap between your phone and your husband's phone, see if the problem follows the SIM or remains with the phone.
