Hi, I am currently travelling in South America. I turned off my data roaming when I arrived and have only used the free Wi-Fi at the accommodation and at bars & restaurants. I have just paid my January bill but my account is showing 0 data available. I urgently need to gift data to another user on my account. I am not sure why my account shows 0 available. Can you help?

When you are in a country where you can't use your UK allowances you cannot gift data to others. When your allowances refresh while there on your billing date they will show as 0 as you can't use them there.
