This may have been asked already but here goes, on data usage what does 9.7gb/10.0gb mean, have I used 9.7 or is there 9.7 left. When I click on data usage the page does not load, cannot view latest bill either. Thank you

useful clarification from Chris_B....I had the same question as new comer to EE but I think the dashboard presentation should be clearer. I gave my poor daughter a hard time thinking she had used almost all her data allowance only to find that she had in fact used almost none and the figure was the data still available. EE could easily make the presentation unambiguous.
