Hi. Could someone help me please. I bought a 25gb pay as you go sim and it was supposed to get boosted to 75gb. I activated the sim 5 days ago but the extra data has not been applied. Has this happened to anyone else?

You normally see the extra data when you have used the 25GB.

Are you in the UK.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Blabla1975 : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 50GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until you have exhausted the normal ration.
