Data plan

So I have a data plan, where I can watch videos online without using my data. I have never used more than maybe 50g of data and I get 100g every month. But recently I have been using up all of my data and I have a feeling it is because the plan isn’t working. My home internet is weak so I use my data and watch Disney flus, Netflix etc. but it uses all my data. When it isn’t supposed to. Any ideas???

@Dodak : Do you have the EE Video Data Pass? It's that that gives you free data on NetFlix but not on Disney Plus.
